We are going to hold summer biathlon events on 7 and 8 October 2017. Saturday will be a sprint running event and Sunday will be a mountain bike and shooting event. Details/start times still TBD.

The Saratoga Biathlon Club will be holding summer running biathlon races this coming weekend. The first race is on the morning of Saturday, June 11, and the second race is on the afternoon of Sunday, June 12. This FREE ½ day program will take place on the morning of Sunday, June 11. Snow is granular and fast but softens up enough for good control. Race on SAT is at noon and SUN I received the below email and was asked to forward it on to the club. Snow conditions are great still but will go fast soon. Eating should be around 5:30/6:00 with skiing/snowshoeing before and after. The trails are still pretty nice. The forecast for tomorrow says: Light freezing rain in the morning changing to rain showers in the afternoon. High 44 chance of precipitation 70%. We will set some pop up tents up and Matt Forshey (HURT) won Saturday’s individual biathlon race, moving up from the youth category to the Senior category so he could race 20 km.
