Unfortunately Mother Nature has not cooperated once again. The rain the last 2 days has messed with the trails to make a race impossible. The warm sun and temperatures aren’t helping much either. The nice X-Mas gift of 50 MPH wind gusts will make for a pleasant 5-mile slog through the slush to pick up the branches and trees that have come down to boot. There is a possibility to make up the cancelled race later in the season with the date TBD. The last I looked we are expecting snow on Monday so we may have skiing again next week.<\/p>\n
