In the Youth men&#8217;s race Sean Doherty had trouble on the range (including a two minute penalty for missing a penalty loop) and finished in 11th. Brian Halligan shot 50% and finished 17th.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.biathlon-nove-mesto.cz\/en\/homepage\" target=\"_blank\">Jr.\/ Youth World Championships <\/a>will be held in Nove Mesto, Czech Republic from January 27 &#8211; February 5. The team will consist of 3 or 4 youth men and 3 or 4 youth women. The top two races in the series will count. Currently, Carly Wynn is ranked first among the women (just about assuring her a spot on the team. Sean Doherty is ranked 5th in the youth men.
