Doherty Dominates!

Sean Doherty destroyed all comers at today’s summer biathlon sprint race. Racing in the Senior category, despite not even being old enough to be technically considered a youth, he went on to finish more than three minutes ahead of second place overall finisher Gary Brackett.

In the woman’s race, Deb Nordyke used her home course advantage and the best shooting of the day (0,2) to cruise to victory.

The racing continues tomorrow with a reverse pursuit. Competitors will be starting in the reverse order of their finishing position from today’s race. Will Sean be able to overcome this handicap and pass everyone to win again?
