Jim Sr. Recovering
Earlier in the week Jim Sr. had a mild stroke. His speech is slightly affected (slurred) , but other than that he is doing well and will be back home soon. Unfortunately Jim and Betty have had to cancel their upcoming vacation to Hawaii (but now they will be home for the races at the end of the month). If you want to send get well wishes to Jim you can post them on our facebook page, Curt will make sure that he sees them.

Just seeing this now. Maricel says a stroke is bad. Darrell says Big Jim needs to make a full recovery. Would some Philipino food make the recovery faster? Tell the Grand Pooba, we are thinking of him and Betty.
Dad is doing relatively well. He has some facial paralisis and speech problems, but his leg and arm muscles are strong. He got home a few days ago after a week in Albany Med. Going to take him to Trivia and that should cure him! ;0)
